Save the Date for 2022-23 Tryouts!

Interested players must register for tryouts by going to the Registration page on our website so we can ensure sufficient time for evaluations.  Tryouts will be held on the following dates and times:

Thursday, September 15 @ Cedarcrest High School

Girls 4th-5th, 5:15-6:00pm
Girls 6th-8th, 6:15-7:00pm
Boys 4th-6th, 7:15-8:00pm
Boys 7th-8th, 8:15-9:00pm

Saturday, September 17 @ Cedarcrest High School

Girls 4th, 1:15-2:00pm
Girls 5th-6th, 2:15-3:00pm
Girls 7th-8th, 3:15-4:00pm
Boys 4th, 4:15-5:00pm
Boys 5th-6th, 5:15-6:00pm
Boys 7th-8th, 6:15-7:00pm

Eligibility:  All 4th – 8th grade boys & girls living within the Riverview School District boundary interested in playing basketball are welcome to attend tryouts. Address verification is required to join the team and a waiver may be obtained in select cases. As part of the Eastside Travel League, we follow the league Player Eligibility policy. Experience Level: Many players will have previous basketball experience, but we encourage all interested players with a willingness to learn and a desire to improve to tryout, especially in the lower grades.

Parents are not permitted in the gym during tryouts, but may wait in the school foyer.

Tryout results will be posted to our website within 48 hours after our final tryout is complete and parents will be notified by email.

You must accept your child’s spot by responding to acceptance registration email within 48 hours or your roster position may be offered to another player.

PLAYERS
Arrive 15 minutes prior to tryout times to allow for check-in.
